Katie Bell, PHR

Katie Bell provides HR management at Jones & Roth. She joined the firm in 2015. Katie has ten years of experience working in Human Resources in the non-profit sector in Nebraska and Arizona before moving to Oregon. Her focus is to implement policies and practices that directly impact the employees that she serves. Katie has lead on a number of new programs at Jones & Roth including anniversary recognition programs, reducing benefit costs and re-engineering hiring practices.

Outside of the office you will find Katie hiking, running, and spending time with her husband and dog Lucy.
